• We do not permanently store your email lists (deleted after 24 hours)

5. Payment and Subscriptions

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through Paddle
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled

5.3 Refunds

• All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee
• Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record

• Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days

5.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• After the 14-day refund period, you may cancel at any time and your service will remain active until the end of the billing period

• Free tier: 100 validations per day
• Paid tiers: As specified in your plan

• Exceeding limits may result in temporary suspension

8. Service Availability

• Service credits may be issued for extended outages at our discretion

• Your use of email lists without proper authorization
